☞ Measuring quantity from IFC and Shop drawing for valuation purposes.☞ Measuring the Final Quantity from As-Built drawing and finalizing with the Client representative and also the Subcontractor as part of their final account negotiation.
☞ Reviewing changes and notifying the Engineer with advice on potential/final cost variation and variation orders issued by Engineer.
☞ Preparing comparison of subcontractor quotations, processing of subcontract agreement and work order including payment certificate.
☞ Advise methods of preparation of financial Report (Profit and Loss statement) if client requests.
